Ready Enough

I know enough, I am enough, and so are you

From this moment forward, I invite my whole self into presence

Here I am

Eyes seeing, ears hearing, breath moving, my very skin awakening

My outer self is becoming present

I have everything I need to be present.

I am present as I can be

I am healed enough

I step across the threshold with hundreds of women

Here I am

Hineni

Eyes seeing, ears hearing, breath moving, my very skin awakening

My outer self is becoming present

I am enough

I am ready enough

No more whining, shrinking, apologizing, swallowing my voice

No more chained to a chair and sedentary sedation

I draw my power back from the earth and light charge myself from the cosmos

Exulting in my essence

Applying it to my body like celebratory mud or paint
